Step 4 - minor repairs (sunken block paving, damaged tarmac, loose paving

Step 5 - Jointing Sand

On block paving it is essential to replace the sterilised sand removed during the power cleaning. This sand is part of the structure and provides stability to the finished paving, this leads to the finishing stage.

Step 5 - Jointing Sand providing stability

Step 6 - Seal and protect

Now we apply an appropriate specialist resin sealer. This will seal in the jointing sand, enhance and enrich the surface and more importantly discourages future growth of weeds, moss, algae and fungi.

Step 6 - Seal and protect using a specialist resin sealer

Oil and spillages are also easier to remove as they do not soak into the surface once the surface is fully protected. However, this does need to be maintained fairly regularly for continued protection.
